Cisco Certified Technicians (CCT) have the skills to diagnose, restore, repair, and replace critical Cisco networking and system devices at customer sites. Technicians work closely with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to quickly and efficiently resolve support incidents.

Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) Data Center

The CCT Data Center certification focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco Unified Computing Systems and servers.

No prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for CCT Data Center certification, but you should have a good understanding of the exam topics before taking the exam.

There are no formal prerequisites for CCT Routing and Switching certification, but you should have a good understanding of the exam topics before taking the exam.
