Troubleshooting is the process of solving a problem. And like any discipline, there is a methodology behind the process. In this webinar, we quickly review what was covered in Part1 and pick up where we left off. We will discuss using technology-based practices and a systematic ITIL-compliant approach to perform troubleshooting on complex enterprise routed and switched networks. We will explore the process and IOS-based tools that are used in order to identify a problem, diagnose it, and implement a solution.

Speaker:

Tony DeSimone has been an IT professional for over 20 years, starting as a network engineer for a network integrator in southern California. He is familiar with both Cisco and HP network products, holding CCNP and HP ATP certifications. In addition, Tony is a certified instructor for both Cisco and HP routing and switching technologies. Tony is currently employed as a Senior Content Engineer. He has experience with courseware development and has written curriculum for Cisco instructor-led and ELT courses.
