In this webinar we will go over some commonly changed default settings in Communications Manager (CUCM). These settings are configured on the Enterprise Parameters and Service Parameters pages. We will go over how to enable dependency records to allow administrators to see a list of where certain resources are used, how to allow or disallow end users to change their own speed dials and call forwarding and how to enable collecting of Call Detail Records (CDRs). We will also cover how to set the maximum number of conference call users, how to allow users to complete a call transfer by hanging up and how to change the Call Park timers.
