Niket Shah has 10 years of experience in a host of technologies including Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration, HCS / UCaaS, and Data Center. He is currently a Technical Solutions Architect focused on Collaboration in United States Partner Org.

Prior to his current position, Niket worked with Cisco Cloud Managed Service as a Lead for UCaaS and HCS offerings for various clients like Royal Bank of Scotland, Allianz, Ingram Micro, Gen-I (Telecom New Zealand). In addition, he has also worked as a TAC Customer Support Lead for the UC team.
