Shekar Mannem joined Cisco in 2010 as an Optimization NCE on the Verizon Wireless account. His focus has been on the design and support of the client next generation data centers. Along with the solutions architects and the BU, Shekar is credited with successfully building virtualized data centers for the customers. He successfully transitioned from his R&S design role to become one of the leading DC specialists for the customer, specializing in technologies like VXLAN programmable fabrics, UCS, DCNM, VTS, and others. Shekar has a CCIE in Service Provider track.
