SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY:

Andy Jaramillo has been working for Cisco Advanced Services, now known as Cisco Customer Experience (CX) group for twelve years. Prior to joining Cisco, he worked for another major IT company for 9 years, and has been supporting Enterprise Data Centers since 1996. Andy has supported nineteen (19) different large, world-class Data Centers ranging from Automotive, to Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Financial, and other industries. Some of his specialties are: L4-7 load balancing, DNS, Application performance tuning, Route-Switch Data Center Networks, Nexus, ACI, Ansible & Automation.
